No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your shipping details for next time, and access exclusive member offers and discounts.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately via our contact page or email. We’ll do our best to adjust or cancel it before dispatch. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Payments
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and direct bank transfers. For orders within Greece, cash on delivery (COD) is also available.
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL connections and reputable payment gateways. Splitboard.gr never stores your card details on our servers.
Yes, international cards are welcome. If your card supports 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode), authentication may be required during checkout.
Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Deliveries within Greece typically arrive in 2–4 business days. For EU or international shipping, delivery times vary depending on location and courier.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over €500 within Greece. For smaller orders, standard courier fees apply and are calculated during checkout.
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us first to initiate the return or exchange process.
Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days through the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take a few additional days depending on your bank.
